Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park Wedding
Emily + Clinton had an intimate wedding at Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park in South Dakota. Sylvan Lake is located in the heart of the Black Hills of South Dakota, near Rapid City. The Custer State Park area is known for open spaces, rock formations, and beautiful views. The views did not disappoint on Emily and Clinton’s picturesque wedding day.
Summer South Dakota Wedding Day
They each got ready for their big day in cabins right inside Custer State Park. They had their closest friends and family with them to prepare for the big day. Emily’s bridesmaids and family helped her as she got into her classic strapless wedding gown that fit the style of their day perfectly. The bridesmaids wore dresses unique to their styles and carried vibrant, organic-looking bouquets. Their wedding ceremony took place right on Sylvan Lake. They chose to have a unity knot tying ceremony. They said their vows against a beautiful lakeside backdrop with rock formations in the background. Their wedding was in August, so they enjoyed beautiful weather and lots of greenery. They greeted loved ones who attended their wedding from afar virtually before escaping for some lakeside sunset portraits. We love you guys and wish you the best!
